This year’s BV\u00d6GD Congress will take place in Hamburg from April 24 to 27, 2024 under the motto “The Public Health Service – Tailwind for Health”. This motto underlines – in keeping with the maritime event location – what the \u00d6GD and the health authorities with their broad range of tasks need. In the here and now and also in the future, in order to be able to meet the challenges of population medicine in the long term, in addition to the statutory duties.<\/p>\n

After the turbulent times of the pandemic and the improvements initiated by the Pact for the Public Health Service, the broad range of tasks of the public health service is now coming to the fore again. In order to cope with the many existing and new tasks, the \u00d6GD needs a continuous tailwind.
