Dr. Eckart Pech has been Chairman of the Management Board of HBSN since February 2025. He is responsible for sales and service operations, presales, partner management and the further development of the product portfolio.

Before joining HBSN, Mr. Pech held board and management positions at Deutsche Telekom/Detecon, Telefonica Deutschland, Allianz Technology and most recently at CompuGroup Medical.

Michael Gassmann can look back on a long career in IT with a focus on software development, IT operations, project management, management and IT strategy. After completing his studies in computer science at the University of Kaiserslautern, he joined Deutsche Börse AG in 1996 and has since held various management positions and functions in the IT sector. From 2006 to 2018, as Managing Director, he was responsible for the development and expansion of the Czech IT subsidiary with a focus on software development and IT operations. Michael Gassmann has been working for HBSN in various areas of the company since 2019 and is responsible for service management, infrastructure operations, DevOps and application support.

After studying mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Munich, he began his career at C & S Vertriebs GmbH in 1993, selling CAD solutions. He became a shareholder in CAPCAD SYSTEMS in 1994 and managed the company for almost 30 years - first as Managing Director, then as Chairman of the Management Board, and then as Managing Director again following the conversion to a limited company. Operationally, Erol Serter was responsible for the two business units IT Service and Information Security at CAPCAD SYSTEMS, as well as for the internal processes (QM system, information security, software tools). After the takeover of CAPCAD SYSTEMS by HBSN in May 2022, Erol Serter spent a good year taking care of the successful integration of CAPCAD SYSTEMS into HBSN, as well as the development of the two services IT Service and DataCenter, and was involved in winning the MD-IT contract. In July 2023, Erol Serter moved to HBSN GmbH in the position of Managing Director and now performs the tasks of a CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) and ISB (Information Security Officer), but is also responsible for setting up the SOC (Security Operations Center) service.

Sven Stephan is one of the first employees of the HBSN Group. He has had partner status since May 2015 and has been Managing Director of HBSN Certifications GmbH since 2022 and was Managing Director of AuraSec GmbH from May 2022 to the end of 2023. After training as a radio and television technician, he obtained his diploma in communications engineering at Bochum University of Applied Sciences. He then worked in the fields of identity management, software development and networks & security in various industries. Among other things, he took over the management of IT and the data center of a statutory health insurance company as well as a solution desk for the EMEA region. In his role as Senior Consultant, Lead Auditor ISO 27k1 and EnWG in accordance with the IT security catalog, security assessor for gematik, data center and data protection auditor, as well as approved auditor in accordance with § 8 of the BSI law, he advises customers on IT, process and security issues.

Christine Oltmann has been with HBSN GmbH since September 1, 2010 and started as a Junior Consultant. With her experience as an account manager at statutory health insurance companies and her degrees in social and health management and IT business administration, she brings with her a sound knowledge of IT and social services. She initially worked as a requirements manager and later took over project management for software development projects at HBSN and xitee. In 2020, she became a partner at HBSN and took over responsibility for setting up the requirements management department, which is now part of the "Architecture and Software Design" service line. In her current role as an authorized signatory, Christine Oltmann is responsible for the key account strategy and its implementation. This position offers her the opportunity to further expand the success of the HBSN Group through innovative solutions and excellent customer support. Her passion for the combination of IT and social services drives her in particular in the development of digital solutions for the healthcare sector.
